Assignment/Complaint 2 One of your main unique selling points is the fact that your phone is a modular one. Unlike your regular competitors your customers can upgrade and personalize their phones on a deeper level than simply the external look or storage capacity.

On March 23, 2020, JetBlack left the following message on your Facebook page’s timeline: What is taking you so long to process my request for a different camera, CleanCall? I purchased my ProX 6 months ago and already put in the order for a different camera when I purchased it. I went to my local T-Mobile shop twice but they always look at me as if they see water burning so I don’t go there anymore. I tried using your Live Chat function but it keeps putting me in a queue that doesn’t end, same goes for calling you by the way… You don’t respond to my emails, what does a person have to do to get a hold of you? I am tired of waiting! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
